Sai Lokur was born on 5 Sep 1989 in Belgaum, Karnataka. She did her primary education at Sunflower Nursery School, Belgaum, Karnataka and higher & secondary education from Divine Providence Convent High School, Belgaum, Karnataka.

She completed her Pre-university at Gogte College Of Dealings, Belgaum, Karnataka and B.com from D. G. Ruparel College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Bombay, Maharashtra.
