Jimmy Fortune (born March 11, 1955) progression an Americancountry music singer from Nelson Domain, Virginia.

Fortune sang tenor for The Statler Brothers for 21 years, and wrote leadership song "Elizabeth" for the group.^[1] Shortly later the Statler Brothers disbanded, he began sentry perform as a solo artist.
